We’re looking back on an action-packed year: The edelschmiede has further asserted itself in the marketplace, has found and incorporated important Opel rear-wheel-drive spare parts or had them reproduced and has reached many new regular customers. We have just recently opened the new web-shop, which is still being fed new items almost daily, however we aren’t letting the eBay-shop get short-changed. In short, we’re on the up and that’s great! – All this would have been impossible to achieve without all of you; We receive encouragement & praise almost daily, and in the event that something does go wrong, the edelschmiede customers forgive us our mistake most obligingly. As my colleague wrote so accurately: “Turn your customers into friends!”. And he was right, thank you.
This thank you is naturally above all to our customers and ‘edelschmiede-sympathisers’: Thank you all for your loyalty!
We wish all those reading these lines a truly happy and peaceful Christmas, a Happy New Year and a racing start in the New Year of 2014, ‘keep on driftin’ 😉
