We have realised, after many enquires and a long period of market monitoring, that it is absolutely necessary to bring the lower suspension setting springs for Opel models Monza & Senator A back onto the shelves! – With this in mind, I contacted the company H&R to ask if it would be possible to produce a small run of the much loved lower suspension setting springs for the Monza / Senator A! To cut a long story short, after much discussion and detail-swapping, the answer is: yes, it is possible!!! 🙂
What does this actually mean?!?
When we receive a minimum of 25 binding orders for this spring set, then H&R has agreed to produce them on behalf of the edelschmiede! And what will this result in? 55mm lower Opel Coupés and large Limousines.
To sink a little deeper in the subject matter:
– H&R springs in the style of the ‘old Mantzel’ lower suspension setting springs
– ~55mm lower suspension setting (Monza GSE correspondingly less)
– Wire diameter constant
– Spring colour anthracite coal
– Rigour similar to the commercially available lower suspension setting springs, as is the characteristic
– Test documents for your records
– Cylinder-shaped front axle springs
The delivery includes four springs, as well as the required test documents for the TÜV (MOT) records. The estimated price for one spring set with documentation is around 450€.
